**Q: What is good for what can I use it for**
A: Good for carving and whittling wood, good all round knife, extremely sharp, if it’s the locking model it’s like a friction folder but with a bezel locking the blade in place, old fashion look

**Q: Is this knifev any good for whittling, also is it sharpened**
A: It comes sharp enought to whittle I did strop mine to get it a bit better.

It's very thin so works very well for whittling but remember it's not a dedicated whittling knife so is not as good as one.

Also since you menshion whittling you will need to re sharpen and strop often no matter what knife you buy.
This one will need sharpening more often as the steel will be softer than a dedicated whittling knife.
But it is very good for a pocket knife that will work for most tasks
