## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are the sponge strips held to the handle with a metal clip (ring) or contained in a plastic ring?**
A: The best I can tell, they're held with a plastic ring that's held in place with a metal washer & screw which don't touch the sponge strips.

**Q: How many come in a pack**
A: We have multiple options:
12300 = 1 count
12320 = 2 count
12360 = 6 count

**Q: will sponge collapse to fit the inside of a porcelain thermal tumbler that has an opening that is 2-1/2 inches wide? It states the sponge is 8 inches**
A: Yes. The sponge head is 3 inches wide and is 8 inches long. You may also check out our Compac Home Water Bottle Wand, which has a longer handle. Thanks!

**Q: Nonstick surfaces aren't mentioned -- will these scrubs scratch/damage nonstick finishes?**
A: No problem for cleaning non stick surfaces. To do this, years ago we moved from a metal screw to plastic pin to avoid scratching surfaces.
