I'm using it on a Mac PowerBook, it worked out of box, and so far works great with: Skype, WebEx and Bibo. I received the ClearOne Chat 60-U and followed the Quick Start Guide to set it up on my pc. It appeared to work and I was even able to make a test call in Skype, however, the Call Control button would not work although I had installed the Skype application at clearone.com/skype as instructed. I thought rebooting would fix the issue and instead the blue LED Status Indicator would not come on and the Chat Application displayed "No devices were found".At this point I referred back to the official Quick Start Guide and it said to go to http://www.clearone.com/support/downloads.php?content=main for the latest version of the software and CHAT User's Manual. The link takes you to their site and displays "Not Found" and "Error: The requested address '/support/downloads.php' was not found on this server." After some hunting I was finally able to locate the manual and performed the troubleshooting tips provided without success. The speakerphone appears to be dead. Thank God I paid for the 2yr warranty.
