I have only used this with my work laptop so I have not used it for gaming. I do use it for 8-14 hours, several days per week and it has worked excellently. They rapidly become sticky, stuttery garbage. Swapping the bearings may help for a while, but the sticking will return. No amount of cleaning will resolve it. Initial impression: These are good, affordable trackball mice, assuming you get one where the tolerances on the ball and cup are right. If one shows up and it feels sticky, gritty, or sluggish; clean it. If that doesn't solve the problem send it back and get another one. Its clear the manufacturing quality control is hit and miss.
