However, walnut is like 3 shades darker than taupe so I can’t use it on it’s own and I have to mix them together to get a color in between. I hope they expand their shade range because they skipped a bunch of shades in between. I have oily skin and still find that it wears nicely as long as I lightly set it with a very small amount of powder. I like the Honest Brand translucent power, I highly suggest it if you’re on the “clean beauty” wave such as myself. Their cream blushes also last so long on top of this foundation. I feel like $66 is a little steep considering how limited the shade range is. Like myself, some people may need two shades to create their own and $132 on foundation probably isn’t practical. I’m happy with the size of the product, 1fl oz is basically the standard for foundations so i’m glad they didn’t skimp on that. One coat is good for me, however you can add more if you need more coverage. This is not cakey. This first time I wore it I was not sure I liked it, now I love it! **Q: The ad says taupe, but at check out it changes to beige...what is shipped?** A: You should be able to select the 'taupe' color on the right hand side.
