Since light bulb and screen level of blue light is easy to change, it’s logical to try HD to see if it works better than current blue light glasses you got. :) They sell a Bolle Rush foam kit, you can buy on desertcart for 5$, which can create a higher moisture inside to prevent dry eyes. :) Can add some silicone earplug to make it higher moisture if needed.
