Either the batteries or the charger were completely defective right out of the box. Charged the batteries for 48 hours prior to testing them on my Milwaukee tool, only to find that they weren’t providing power and the tool was blinking a red light.Details: the batteries were charged and used at room temperature. Batteries were fully charged before first use.Thankfully, the return process is smooth and painless though thanks to Amazon and/or the seller. Thanks to both for fixing this!Update: not only was the return process smooth, but the seller/manufacturer also offered to replace the batteries free of charge. It’s not often you find manufacturers with this stellar customer service.For the price, it’s hard to pass up on buying from this seller. Brand name doesn’t buy you anything at this point. Simply impressive!

Will not work on Milwaukee drill like they claim.Bought a two pack. One battery never worked in my drill the other worked for a short time but would not recharge.

After six months of moderate use in a Milwaukee M12 drill one battery is acting as though it has a bad internal connection. When placed in charger it intermittently shows defective cell (blinking light). When I remove battery and tap it on counter a few times it will eventually take a charge. Sometimes it acts up when installed in drill, wiggling it around and further tapping fixes problem so far. The other battery functions quite well. It charges quickly and the charge lasts much longer than the OEM batteries. Both batteries are difficult to remove from drill. If both functioned as well as the one good battery for the price I would definitely give five stars. I hope they improve their assembly process. No contact info for supplier CEENR so next time I'll buy directly from Vanon thru Amazon.

Not the same as a 3.5 amp hour milwaukee battery. Expect a shorter run time and a much shorter battery life. I've had these for 3 months and they're in the trash now. If I were to have bought milwaukee they would still be working or I'd be getting warranty through milwaukee

Is NOT compatible with Milwaukee. Battery got stuck inside a Milwaukee product. Will be returning item once we're able to take the battery out (will probably have to un screw the unit apart).
