However they are very narrow bands and they do dig in a bit on larger arms. **Q: Is the strap waterproof as 1 have a hot tub** A: The strap is elastic with 3d printed parts. Dries quickly. The plastic can deform when subjected to heat so this could be an issue in a hot tub. However, as it is held in shape by the users arm and the hot tub is presumably only about 38 degrees there shouldn't be a problem. Nb: mine goes through washing machine after each use at 30 degrees without harm. **Q: One size fits all??? Bands on here fit between 30-50cm of arm, how can it be one size fit all?** A: Adjustable arm bands **Q: Type2 diabect use these patch** A: Hi, they are not usually given out by the NHS if you are Type 2, or even, in some cases if you have Type 1 diabetes . The sensors are approximately £55 and last for 2 weeks before they need replacing again with a new one. They have been very useful for me because my diabetes is very brittle and I was losing sensation in my fingertips due to decades of finger pricking. However, if you want to try the Libre Sensor monitor and sensors then get in touch with the company or buy on Amazon. It is a quick and easy method of measuring blood sugars. The picture exhibits the sensor worn on the lower arm but this is not practicable, especially as being a nurse I could not wear it there. Strap us flimsy too.
