At last!
At last I have an easy way to flip my Spanish tortilla! I’ve tried using a plate, two same-sized non-stick skillets, etc but always ended up with egg and/or oil all over my stove. These skillets have a clip to keep them together and the handles are comfortable to hold while flipping. I will be making tortilla much more often and am going to try it for making an apple Dutch Baby pancake later this week.

Large and deep
Perfect Spanish torta pan. It's a good large size and deep. Nice sturdy weight as well.
