The nutrition panel says 8** A: Great question! The 4g listed on the face of the box are NET CARBS. Which means effective carbs your body will metabolize. The formula to figure out net carbs is carbs minus fiber. I’ve been missing cereal every time I do keto, and it’s one of those cravings that has been known to send me backwards. The cereal is perfect, the crunch is perfect, it even gets less soggy than my normal cereal which is a huge bonus! Chocolatey like you want a chocolate cereal to be, not disgustingly sweet but definitely not bland or bitter. I wish it were a small bit more affordable but you do get what you pay for here.
