Would my 6 and 8 year old enjoy playing with the family?** A: The manufacturer gives the recommendation for players from 14 years **Q: How similar to 7Wonders is this? The description talks about science, military, resources, etc...** A: Not especially similar - there are only four resources, which are committed to four tracks (science, technology, military and exploration) up which you civilisation can advance as the game progresses. There is also a map, on which you can place tokens and explore unexplored hexes (a little bit like Carcassonne). It is more complicated than Seven Wonders by a long shot, but I can highly recommend Tapestry - it has beautiful pieces too. ## Frequently Bought Together - Stonemaier Games: Tapestry (Base Game) | A Civilization Building Board Game | Lead a Unique Civilization to Greatness Through Cultural and Technological Advances | 1-5 Players, 120 Minutes, Ages 14+ - Tapestry: Plans & Ploys Expansion - Strategy Board Game for 1-5 Players - Stonemaier Games: Tapestry: Fantasies & Futures Expansion | Add to Tapestry (Base Game) | New Civs, Cards, and Cities Inspired by Fantasy and Science Fiction | 1-5 Players, 120 Mins, Ages 14+ --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.ke/products/168727191-tapestry-base-game](https://www.desertcart.co.ke/products/168727191-tapestry-base-game) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kenya* *Store origin: KE* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
