The quality of the blade is made with some of the best materials that I’ve ever used when it comes to knife blades. The blade is so sharp that I can easily cut through any food that I need to cut through even frozen food. It’s very easy to use and just feels amazing in the hand no matter what I’m using it to cut. It has the perfect balance of weight between the handle and the knife or the perfect balance. There are two different styles on each side of the knife blade that makes no food stick to the knife and also when I use it to cut through packaging it does not leave little pieces of the packing throughout the food like knives usually do. I really love this knife it also comes in a really nice knife box so I have a safe place to store it away in.Dislikes:Really there isn’t much bad at all that I can say about this knife but I did see when I opened the knife that the tip guard that covers the tip of the knife and the plastic cover that goes over the blade the blade had cut through it but that just shows how sharp the knife is.
