Picked for length of battery as well as the full specs on the Audio Technica site indicate these have a fuller range of sound. They’re earbuds. You’re going to love these more than the Apple ones we all settle for but they sound better and the price is substantially similar to Apple air pods Battery life holds what’s more than a normal full working day for me and I normally only have to plug the charger case in once a week. Comfort: good. Occasionally they’ll start to feel loose in my head though when I’m more active Phone: honestly haven’t tried to use them on a phone call and don’t intend to Con: the left one periodically turns itself off when I’m listening to music and that’s just annoying Review: After a few months, they power off randomly - Greatly disappointed that these nice-sounding earbuds go dead randomly, when I'm on a phone call or playing music of whatever. I'll go to charge them, then they work fine but not even an hour later the problem reoccurs. I would return them if I could. I hope Audio-Technica reads this and sends me a replacement pair, that would help confirm these things are lemons. As of now, I wouldn't touch these with your hard-earned money until they fix the problem. ## Features - Long-lasting battery with 15 hours of continuous use on a full charge Portable charging case gives you two additional charges for 45 total hours of on-the-go power Auto power function turns headphones on when removed from the charging case and turns them off and begins charging when returned - Built-in mic and buttons let you control music calls and volume without touching your smartphone Qualcomm cVc(Clear Voice Capture) technology ensures you can have clear natural-sounding conversations during calls - Water-resistant performance (IPX2 drip-proof rating) protects headphones from dripping water such as rain and sweat - Includes thin flexible silicone eartips (XS/S/M/L) for secure fit comfort and improved high-frequency sound delivery Also includes 3D loop supports 30 cm (12") USB-A/USB-C charging cable silicone rings and portable charging case - Truly wireless design with Bluetooth 5 0 for freedom of movement Exclusive 10 mm drivers with dual-layer diaphragm deliver clear full-range audio with superb bass ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07XQR731G | | Additional Features | Lightweight, Microphone Included, Universal Phone Control, Volume Control, Water Resistant | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Audio Driver Type | Dynamic Driver | | Best Sellers Rank | #7,666 in Earbud & In-Ear Headphones | | Bluetooth Range | 10 meters | | Bluetooth Version | 5 | | Brand | Audio-Technica | | Brand Name | Audio-Technica | | Built-In Media | Silicone eartips (XS/S/M/L), 30 cm (12") USB-A/USB-C charging cable, 3D loop supports, and silicone rings | | Cable Features | Without Cable | | Carrying Case Battery Average Life | 15 hours | | Carrying Case Color | Blue | | Carrying Case Material | Hard Plastic | | Carrying Case Weight | 2.66 ounces | | Color | Blue | | Compatible Devices | Devices with Bluetooth technology | | Connectivity Technology | Bluetooth | | Control Method | Touch | | Control Type | control | | Controller Type | Integrated (on-device) buttons | | Customer Package Type | Hard Plastic Charging Case | | Customer Reviews | 3.8 out of 5 stars 113 Reviews | | Ear Placement | In Ear | | Earpiece Shape | Rounded tips | | Enclosure Material | Silicone | | Form Factor | In Ear | | Global Trade Identification Number | 04961310150617 | | Hardware Interface | USB | | Headphone Folding Features | In Ear | | Headphone Jack | USB | | Headphones Ear Placement | In Ear | | Impedance | 16 ohm | | Input-Device Interface | Bluetooth | | Item Weight | 2.66 ounces | | Manufacturer | Audio-Technica | | Mfr Part Number | ATH-CKS5TWBL | | Model Name | ATH-CKS5TWBL | | Model Number | ATH-CKS5TWBL | | Noise Control | Sound Isolation | | Noise Control Features | sound_isolation | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Style Name | In Ear | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | U.S. One-Year Limited End-User Warranty | | Water Resistance Level | Water Resistant | | Wireless Technology | Bluetooth | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Audio-Technica - **Color:** Blue - **Ear Placement:** In Ear - **Form Factor:** In Ear - **Impedance:** 16 Ohm ## Images ![Audio-Technica ATH-CKS5TWBL Solid Bass Wireless in-Ear Headphones, Blue - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61nvIvMcM4L.jpg) ![Audio-Technica ATH-CKS5TWBL Solid Bass Wireless in-Ear Headphones, Blue - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61jEwlF9LcL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can you listen to one earbud at a time?** A: These earbuds are great for listening to music anytime while multi-tasking whether it be jogging, working, studying, traveling, or anything else. Audio-Technica says these headphones can be used one at a time as long as your “mono-audio” setting is switched on in your smartphone’s settings! The options for IPhone should be Settings>General>Accessibility>Mono Audio and switch it on! Android is Settings>Accessibility>Mono Audio. On a Samsung after you find the accessibility screen then click on Hearing and switch on Mono Audio! I hope this helps your decision or issue! **Q: Do they support multipoint to connect (not just pairing, but connect simultaneously) with 2 devices (android phone & pc) at the same time?** A: No, they only support one-point pairing. **Q: What phones are these compatible with?** A: Definitely I phones, but I believe any phone that has a blue tooth connection. **Q: Are the "Touch Control Buttons" actually touch capacitance or are they physical buttons that just require light pressure to activate?** A: They are physical buttons, they don’t require much pressure to activate. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product *by M***B on November 27, 2019* Use these every day. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bass *by C***R on October 21, 2024* These are the best earbuds I have ever owned. I have tried many; airpods, airpod pros, jbl, and multiple different soundcandy earbuds. These provide excellent battery life, they fully charge under 20 minutes and last over 8 hours on a charge. My favorite part about these earbuds (other than the price) is the bass. They are similar to skullcandy crusher earbuds. These have been my go to earbuds for years and I definitely recommend them ## Frequently Bought Together - Audio-Technica ATH-CKS5TWBL Solid Bass Wireless in-Ear Headphones, Blue - Audio-Technica ATH-CKS5TWBK Solid Bass Wireless in-Ear Headphones, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.ke/products/165938495-audio-technica-ath-cks5twbl-solid-bass-wireless-in-ear-headphones](https://www.desertcart.co.ke/products/165938495-audio-technica-ath-cks5twbl-solid-bass-wireless-in-ear-headphones) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kenya* *Store origin: KE* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
