The strengths - the hard shell of the cup (as opposed to milk storage bags), makes it easier to transport, harder to perforate or damage and easy to stand. The negatives - its size makes it take up a lot of space, which might be relevant if you have a small fridge or freezer (holds 3 days in the fridge, 3 months in the freezer), feels very bulky when feeding the baby and it is hard to unscrew the lids off (you might not want to fight with the cup and risk spilling the milk). Another positive is being able to write on it the date you expressed the milk on and having a measuring line, enabling you to know how much is inside. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really Useful *by M***K on 7 March 2016* These are brilliant if you own an Avent pump. Rather than expressing into a bottle, you can express into these pots and then they can be stored in the fridge.You get an adaptor which easily attaches to all makes of Avent pump. When it comes to feeding, you just screw a teat onto the storage pot (again using the adaptor) and feed your baby. No messing about transferring the milk into a bottle. I also love that they stack when not in use and you can wash and sterilise them to use multiple times. Also useful as snack containers when you travel once your baby is older. ### ⭐⭐ Ok *by D***P on 26 December 2015* This feeding system does not work properly.
