A: Cans to drill a small hole on the top cover . Products sold to customers, production year in 2015 and expires 9/24/2017 .

A: yes I believe it is. I also shined my Navy shoes with this product. I still use it to shine my boots. I just buff for them, and they come up with a nice shine.
