Good thing I wasn't swinging the dumbbells when one of them fell apart; that would have been a disaster. I was able to figure out how to piece it together, and I can't figure out if I have to glue the parts together, so I decided to get in touch with customer service. So I clicked on the link available here on Amazon. It brought me to the NordicTrack website. I chatted with someone who said she wasn't the right person, so she directed me to myfitnesshelp.com and a 1-800 number. I tried myfitnesshelp first but I couldn't find a chat feature - the website was directing me to troubleshooting topics already discussed, none of which was about dumbbells. So I called the 1-800 number. She said to call customer service on Monday I called on a Saturday) or go to myfitnesshelp. I guess the rumors about NordicTrack's non-existent customer service is true.
