They are adjustable and fit many children's bikes (e.g., 20-inch models). Install them so they are about 5mm off the ground when the bike is upright. **Q: How do the LED lights work?** A: The lights are powered by electromagnetic induction (no batteries). They only illuminate when the wheels spin quickly. **Q: What is the weight limit?** A: The maximum weight capacity is 54 kg (120 lbs). **Q: Are instructions and all parts included?** A: Instructions are included. You will use your bike's existing axle nut. Axle extenders are not included but can be found online. **Q: What if the wheel doesn't spin or feels loose?** A: If tightened too much, the wheel won't spin—loosen the bolt slightly. The nut is designed to stop against the bearing, so a slight turn is normal. ## Frequently Bought Together - Mehome Flash Training Wheels for 12 14 16 18 20 Inch Kids Bike，Heavy Duty Training Wheels are for Single Speed Bicycle - Wemfg Kids Protective Gear Set Knee Pads for Kids 3-14 Years Toddler Knee and Elbow Pads with Wrist Guards 3 in 1 for Skating Cycling Bike Rollerblading Scooter - Besttravel Kids Helmet, Toddler Adjustable Kids Ages 3-8 Years Old Boys Girls Multi-Sports Safety --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.ke/products/157441002-flash-bike-training-wheels-for-12-14-16-18-20](https://www.desertcart.co.ke/products/157441002-flash-bike-training-wheels-for-12-14-16-18-20) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kenya* *Store origin: KE* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
