Daunting, but functional! - PROS: * Form Factor. Adequate and appropriately sizes for its purpose. * Power. The suction power of the cups is stunning to say the least. Sometimes it's hard to detach even with the pressure switch disengaged! * Light. These are made of aluminum and as such are super light. * Quality. These appear to be well made. CONS: * None that I am aware of. USE: I bought four of these to be used as handles for a large aquarium move. Though they certainly seemed up to the job, we didn't need all four. Instead, the movers used two of them: one to PULL the aquarium up the stairs, and the second as a grip for those pushing/holding position of the 72" long 400 lbs tank. I am fairly confident (though I probably would have worn steel-toes) that we could have used two of these on each end and carried the tank up the stairs like a coffin. However, the stairs were a tad too narrow for that and so we went with the pull/push method. Do you know if these suction cups can withstand 70-85mph speeds while driving?** A: Did not adhere one bit to a laminate floor to try and move. A vehicle roof top is a far different surface but I personally wouldn't trust it. **Q: How long will it stay suctioned to a window? Can I use it to hang a sign from it for a long period of time?** A: I use one on the side of our camper. Has never fallen and holds a flag. **Q: can a very strong suction cup damage a windshield laminated glass if it is difficult to remove I wonder????** A: These will not damage the glass **Q: Would this stick to an exterior window for a long time?
