Quality Sound, Flimsy Build
I needed this pedal to balance out the levels of my bass. My lows were booming, coming in hot, and my highs were quiet and less prominent. This pedal, with the "enhance" feature, gives me exactly what I need and without any loss of tonal quality. It is quiet, unless you turn up the volume too loud or use too much "enhance". Very happy! Only issue is that it is a bit flimsy, made of plastic. I plan to keep it on all the time so I won't be stepping on it often. Great job Behringer, $25 is the best price on the market!

Good for the money but...
Really noisy. I try and compensate with volume and tone on bass and amp but ultimately lose some definition in the process. I like what it does and $25 bucks is a decent price, but not for use in the recording chain at all.

Great Value!
I have a lot of Behringer pedals because they do the job at a great price. They will last for a long time if not abused and in the event you do have to replace it, the cost is nominal. I am just a beginner using this product purely for learning and personal home use, so I wouldn't want to spend a great deal on effects. I am sure I would upgrade if I were a professional touring musician, but that isn't what this pedal is meant for. The pedal does what it is supposed to without breaking the bank. Would recommend to others.

Does What It Is Supposed To Do (if you can put up with the low level hum)
Does what it is supposed to do, but there is a hum in the signal when the pedal is engaged. If your bass amp is cranked you WILL here it. Behringer pedals are great for the money as long as you can put up with their foibles. The Behringer BLE400, the updated version of this pedal, might have eliminated the hum, I don't know. Both pedals are clones of the Boss LMB-3 Bass Limiter Enhancer.

Great Pedal!
I bought this product because I wanted a cheap way to improve the sound of my bass. While the BLE100 won't be the ultimate solution to your sound needs (nothing will), it works as advertised. I get some pretty decent sound out of my bass, but it is an extremely low budget instrument, and even though I receive compliments for its performance quite frequently, the slap never sounded good enough for my ears. With this pedal, and using only the presets provided by Behringer, I was able to get a nice slap feel, without it sounding to processed. Another way you can take advantage of it is when you play those relaxed, melodic tunes in which you are phrasing in the mid - high note range and hitting low pedal notes. The sound comes out richer (I know, it's a compressor, but the Enhance control helps a lot) and warmer. Just so you know, there's a video in YouTube where a guy tests this pedal and its BOSS equivalent, and concludes there's no major difference between them, at least soundwise. Electrically, I haven't had any issues with it so far, but I have only used it for home recording. Although it's plastic, it is very well built, fairly heavy, and feels really solid. I would never treat it like a metallic one, but then again, I won't find one of those for under 20 bucks. My overall impression is very good. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a bass compressor.

Bass limiter
Great to have this if you need a boost on your bass, could even get the punchy sound that you needed..... Cheap, but the way to put you 9 volt battery is stupid. Other than that it's great.....

It makes the sound of round wound strings jump out of the amp
I like what this pedal does. It helps get rid of noise and also gives a nice boost to the sound of the bass, bringing out the edginess of say, round wound versus flat wound strings. I like the sound.

I bought this to improve on the sound of my acoustic bass guitar while playing gigs. Can't say that I have noticed much of a diiference to be honest - I wouldn't really recommend it apart from for recording purposes.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Prodotto che non ha nulla da invidiare a marchi più blasonati. Unica pecca l'assenza del trasformatore che renderebbe il prodotto top
