I purchased a very expensive similar German bunion corrector about fifteen years ago when I discovered a bunion was forming and recently lost it, so was relieved to find this one which seems much the same. I cannot wear this or my previous corrector with my shoes as they are too snug a fit to accommodate the corrector but having worn the corrector every night for years, I believe has prevented my big toe from crossing over my other toes.
