Though it'll never replace the internal combustion engine, the scooter will get your child from point A to point B much quicker than on foot alone, and requires just a few scoots of one's shoes in the process. Plus, it's a blast to use, as your progeny will likely attest. The Razor Special Edition Scooter is built of high quality painted steel construction, a sturdy material that holds up to use and abuse through the years. Its T-tube and deck, meanwhile, fold up into a compact footprint, so riders can fit the scooter inside a bag or carry it at their side when riding isn't appropriate. And thanks to the 98mm inline-style 5 spoke urethane wheels, ABEC 5 bearings, and rear fender brake, riders will always feel smooth and in control when kicking along the sidewalk. Recommended for ages 5 and older. Read and understand the enclosed owners manual before riding. Safety equipment such as a helmet, elbow and knee pads are recommended. Check local laws and regulations to see where and how you may use any Razor product. Review: The handle is not adjustable - What a surprise it was when my boys opened the box only to find that the handle is not adjustable like their old ones (which they love and have ridden so much they needed new ones). The box has a picture of the apparatus that allows it to be adjusted for taller riders but when we opened the box the scooter is just one solid piece for the handle. It is not a big deal for us since our guys are only 4 and 6...they aren't to tall but for any one bigger I would suggest making sure the one you are getting is adjustable. We love the razor scooters and these will be just great, but I wish it would have been more clear that the handle is not adjustable. Review: Excellant lightning deal - We purchased this item during the Christmas lightning deals and it was a very good value. My 5yr old twins love it. Great construction and design. ## Features - Based on Original Kick Scooter made of sturdy steel construction - T-tube and deck design folds conveniently for transport - 98 mm inline-style urethane 5 spoke wheels - Rear fender brake for quick stops - Kids will love the ride, Parents will love the value! ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B002VAIGQ2 | | Age Range (Description) | Youth | | Age Range Description | Youth | | Brake Style | Rear Braking | | Brand | Razor | | Brand Name | Razor | | Color | BLUE | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 out of 5 stars 24 Reviews | | Frame Material Type | Alloy Steel | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00817378008503 | | Handlebar Type | Adjustable | | Manufacturer | Razor USA, LLC | | Manufacturer Part Number | 13024040 | | Model Name | Special Edition | | Model Number | 13024040 | | Number of Wheels | 2 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Foldable | | Special Feature | Foldable | | UPC | 817378008503 | | Wheel Material | Polyurethane | | Wheel Type | Solid | ## Images ![Razor Special Edition Steel Scooter - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71g2VqyC2RL.jpg) ![Razor Special Edition Steel Scooter - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71-pDB-ziyL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐ The handle is not adjustable *by H***M on December 26, 2009* What a surprise it was when my boys opened the box only to find that the handle is not adjustable like their old ones (which they love and have ridden so much they needed new ones).
