I’m agreeing with Marie C. because it won’t let you drink with the flow hole is blocked. Can tip this more than necessary and still no flow. What is wrong with the design of the lid? So excited to get this purple floral design and having this problem. I hope Amazon is listening and the company that makes it.

LOVE this adorable mug but I end up taking the lid off to drink. Not enough coffee comes out because there is no air hole. It does keep my coffee hot when the lid is on and it's good for the drive to work.

I love this mug. We are now into March and I am still using it even though it has a Christmas pattern on it!

I love the size & shape of this mug. The only thing I am struggling with & what is stopping me from giving it 5 stars is that sometimes when I tip it up to drink, even though the slider is all the way open, nothing comes out. I did speak with Swig customer service who provided me with a suggestion on how to fix this, but I did as instructed & still the same issue. I love the pattern & will continue to use the mug on the daily.

Bought these as a Christmas gift they were such a huge hit being used everyday - need to buy patterns for everydayA little pricey but do with it keeps coffee and tea nice and hit for hours and perfectSize

The colour orange is a beautiful shade. I have another of these in black and the black colouring peels off. I am hoping that the orange will not flake off the cup. I like the rubber on the bottom of the cup and how incredibly hot the cup keeps drinks. It says 3 hours but 8 hours is more like it.
