**Q: My heel wont fit into the boot opening**
A: I understand what the buyer is talking about. I had the same problem and I sent them back. They are defective. I probably have 15-pairs of Uggs and these were defective. I couldn’t get my heel in either. The boot had a very small narrow opening and to the Seller a shoe horn wouldn’t have done a damn thing. This still pisses me off. I hope the buyer sent them back. May I suggest buying from Zappos you have 365 days to return, better pricing and I think they are related to Amazon. Anyway Amazon is really going downhill

**Q: My wife wears a 10-1/2 shoe. Do these shoes run true to size or need to go up to 11 or down to 10?**
A: I would recommend a size 10 unless she is very wide, in that case I would go up to an 11. You want them to fit snug at first as they will get larger with wear,

**Q: Are these waterproof protected with scotchguard?**
A: Not sure about waterproof but they are scotchguarded...this is the new version of the bailey button style & this version is scotchguarded.

**Q: With the button ones does it make it wider to get them on.**
A: The button is functional so could be unbuttoned to put it on. I never have but it could be done.

I was a bit disappointed I couldn’t find this exact boots anywhere for the past few months so got these pair as soon I saw them. These are one of the few good quality twin face sheepskin boots that Ugg brand makes. So comfortable, easy to put on and take off as it has the button opening on the side. Real materials so not sweaty or smelly feet and lasts so long I still wear my last pair I’ve worn almost everyday for the last 2 years. Plus if you can get the Ugg kit and clean them they look like new.

My dark brown suede UGG boots arrived extremely quickly, in excellent shape. They are beautiful (color, material, workmanship) and they fit perfectly. They are very warm, yet light to wear. It feels as if I am in my slippers. Through Amazon, they were $60 cheaper than they would have been had I ordered them through UGG website. I cannot make sense of this difference, but I am glad that I checked. The only problem is that the package did not include the spray I need to make them water resistant. They do need the protection not just for rain but also for wet grass and roads, and even very humid weather. However that item is easy to get.
