I noticed some 1 star reviews about bag rubbing on the wheel. I can only assume these people didn’t read the instructions or have a good look at the cart. The front wheel rotates 180 degrees for storage and then back for use. I have added 2 pictures to demonstrate. Also opening and closing is really easy so not sure what that is about.
