Tete De Moine Cheese (Whole Wheel Appx 2 Lbs)

The Tete De Moine Cheese is hard to acquire, so we ordered 2 lbs. The delivery arrived quickly and was tightly packed to keep the cheese cool. The smell is odd, but the taste is delicious.

I am from France and I know what tete de moine should taste like. I ordered two and they were so old and uneatable that I throw them away. So much for my party! I was going to buy many for friends, and this is not going to happen.I am very very disappointed.

This cheese arrived in an insulated package with melted ice packs. The cheese was warm and the outside of the cheese was very sticky.The cheese was hard to get on the cheese curler and when I turned the handle the cheese cracked in several places. I have ordered this cheese for years and have never had one crack.

The service was excellent, but the cheese didn't work in my curler well at all. It just crumbled.
