Review: Sturdy but bad for typing - Overall the build on this case seems pretty sturdy. I've had trouble with the joint swivel thingy breaking on other similar versions I've had in the past and so far (been using for a couple weeks) it hasn't been a problem with this case. However, the big problem with this case is the inconsistent ability to type. Sometimes it'll work just fine, but other times the letters appearing on the screen lags far behind your actual typing, and it will start to put in random periods for no reason. It seems to work better if you type slower, but even then I still often get the same results. There are times where you literally cannot get what you're trying to type to appear correctly. If typing worked normally I'd easily rate this 5 stars and recommend to anyone, but as it stands this case is best used for general app using and web browsing with minimal actual typing. ----- UPDATE: Props to LENRICH for the exceptional and on point CS team! I rarely check the e-mail associated with this account and didn't even notice the multiple times they tried to contact me to resolve the issue until a replacement case arrived in the mail. It has been a few days, and so far so good! It is also worth noting, that while my original case does still have the typing issues (though you can sort of mitigate by flipping it off and then on again real quick) the swivel portion of the case (the fatal flaw in other similar models) has continued to be sturdy and has not had any problems. Anyway, updating to 5 stars!
Review: Great little Bluetooth keyboard! - This is a fantastic slum, low profile, Bluetooth keyboard that is simple to use and far surpasses the on screen iPad keyboard! FYI; it is not a tough & rugged case, so I keep it in a padded tote made for iPad minis and am careful when transporting it, for the cost, this keyboard is well worth the money! Thank you LENRICH for your amassing customer service and value per dollar! Much appreciated! -Aluxinterior

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the best one out of the three brands I have tried so far
*by L***G on October 14, 2019*

Update 05/27/20 - I am even more pleased with this case now. I recently discovered a crack in the casing which was causing the case not to close all the way. I don't know how the crack happened. However, it turns out that this case has a lifetime guarantee. So when myself and another user asked what to do if a case gets damaged we were told to email. It was as easy as that and apparently a new one is now on its way to me. Well worth the money of buying this case in the first place. This keyboard case is well made and the best one so far. The Bluetooth connection works well and stays connected. With the other keyboards, after I have had them for less than a month, some of the keys stop working or start misfiring. So far, so good with this one except for the spacebar, which sometimes adds periods when I hit the spacebar (and yes, I check to make sure it was not my error hitting the wrong key). My other complaint also has to do with the spacebar; I find it is too small. I think they could have put the backlight key up at the top or in a small area next to the up/down and home arrows and extended the keyboard by that much more space, and then the design would work much better. Otherwise, it is worth the price, and having wasted my $ on two cheaper models, I recommend you start here first.
