## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this smart dimmer switch work with all types of bulbs?**
A: No. It only supports dimmable LEDs, halogen bulbs, and incandescent bulbs. Non-dimmable LEDs, CFLs, or energy-saving bulbs may flicker or fail to work.

**Q: How do I check if my LED bulb is dimmable?**
A: Look for the "Dimmable" label on the bulb packaging or base. Also, verify compatibility with Leading Edge (Triac) or Trailing Edge (ELV) dimming (refer to the product manual).

**Q: Why does my light flicker or buzz when dimmed?**
A: This could be due to a mismatch between the bulb and switch protocol (e.g., a Leading Edge bulb with a Trailing Edge switch) or poor-quality bulbs.

**Q: Can I connect multiple bulbs to the dimmer?**
A: Yes, but ensure the minimum load requirement is met (e.g., 5W per bulb). Too low a load (e.g., a single low-wattage LED) may cause unstable dimming.

**Q: After installation, my light won’t turn off or dims unevenly. Why?**
A: This may indicate incorrect wiring (e.g., neutral wire issue) or incompatible bulbs. Turn off the power, check connections, and confirm bulb compatibility.
