I highly recommend!! **Q: Can it be used to clean a small window pane on a French door?** A: I would think so. Please are in mind this is a heavier silicone. I have used it to clean snow and ice off my car. **Q: silkscreen capable?** A: Not sure, but it is a more dense silicone. I actually use it in winter to take ice off of my car windows and headlights.
