Review: Great for feet too! - I know this is marketed for back/neck, but the knobby parts nearest the middle make this too painful for me to use for back and neck. This item is however GREAT for feet, esp. if you really like REAL pressure on your feet. You can put in on the floor and massage your feet on it and it is better than anything for feet I have ever used - lots of different edge and surfaces for every part of your foot. It can withstand water, so I even use it when soaking my feet in hot water and epsom salt.

Im a bartender and am on my feet 8 hrs a shift. I suffer terrible back pain. This helps me immensely. I just boil it in water for the recommended 12 minutes. You can also microwave for 90 seconds. I alternate between heat and ice, so this really helps because it stays hot for 90 minutes. Great product 👌
