I chose to install this as I preferred the tile design to the open vents of my old fan.It is a simple fan. There's no timer, humidity detection, etc. But it's cheap and that's what I needed.Fitting was simple (I had an electrician in to replace lights anyway), so it was super simple for me! He had it installed in a few minutes, it really wasn't that difficult.I'd also purchased another fan for the bathroom around the same time, that one cost double the price of this but is much, much quieter than this one.
