It's difficult to find any tool store (even specialty) that actually carries metric step bits. Instead of driving all over town like I did, just order one from here if you need it. My actual use case for this is to bore out props for electric RC planes and multi-rotors. As it's a step bit, it more or less self centers in the hub as I'm drilling, as long as the hub is starting with at least a 4mm hole. I'm boring to 5 and 6mm typically, and this works perfectly.
