Connect mic to your laptop, configure mic via REW, run REW, manually set your AV speakers settings based on output/readings from REW. The standard is frequency domain. The Fourier Transform, or FFT, which is the underlying algorithm operating on the measured data, converts between frequency and time domains as needed.
