Review: Great extension for cameras, but price should be lowered. - I have used my Canon EOS RP and I got to say my pinky wasn't probably placed so I decided to get this extension grip. I'm not sure if this applies to all digital cameras, but their battery door covers can be detached which then allows the extension grip to fit in. The part of the grip with the "open" lever is were your new battery door cover would be. ^_^ Only thing I don't like about this extension grip in general is how pricey it can be. Review: Just what the doctor ordered - This grip extender makes the tiny EOS RP much more comfortable to hold. Quite expensive for what it is, but it is necessary if you (like me) have big hands. I bought it refurbished/renewed to save a few $. It is just a piece of plastic that screws on to the bottom of your camera to give your pinkie a place to hold. No more, no less. Oh and 1 negative thing, there is no place to hold the battery door that you have to remove (same as a battery grip) to install the extender. Don't lose it! PS. It WILL fit the new EOS R8.
