They are very easy to remove when the time comes to actually remove them. I will say this, however: make sure your paint will properly support it. I’ve heard from friends that they’ve damaged paint with these, though I have not experienced that in the 4 places I’ve used them. I had the opposite problem on one place which had a very poor paint quality to begin with: they fell off. The type of paint they fell off had a very chalky feel to it.
